Minor and major service
Regular servicing is the cheapest insurance for your car. Fresh oil and clean filters keep the engine healthy, and the accompanying check catches small problems before they become big ones. Postponing a service gets paid back later, twice over, in repairs and lost value.
A minor service covers oil and oil filter plus a full check of brakes, tyres, fluids and lights. A major service adds, following your car's schedule, the air, fuel and cabin filters, spark plugs or brake fluid where due. Everything by the manufacturer's book, with stamp, so your factory warranty simply keeps running.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between a minor and a major service?
A minor service is the yearly basis: oil and oil filter replacement plus a full safety check. A major service follows the manufacturer's extended schedule and adds filters (air, fuel, cabin) and, per interval, spark plugs, brake fluid or coolant. We read exactly what your car needs from the factory schedule.
Do I lose my factory warranty if I skip the brand dealer?
No. European regulation guarantees that any professional garage may service your car, as long as the manufacturer's schedule is followed with original-quality parts. As a Bosch Car Service that is exactly what we do, and we update your digital service record as proof.
How often does my car need a service?
Most manufacturers prescribe yearly or every 15,000 to 30,000 km, whichever comes first. Modern cars calculate it themselves and show it on the dashboard. If you drive little, stick to the time limit: oil ages even without kilometres.
Can I wait while my car is serviced?
A minor service is usually done in a few hours; you wait with a coffee in the showroom or hop on a free bike into Roeselare. For a major service you can reserve a replacement car, so you never lose a day.
What if you find something extra during the service?
We call you first. We never do extra work without your approval: you hear what we found, what it costs and how urgent it is. You decide, and that may simply mean noting it down for a next visit.
Do you service hybrid and electric cars too?
Yes. Our mechanics are HEV level 2 certified to work safely on hybrid and electric drivetrains. Those cars need servicing too: brakes, fluids, filters and software are checked to the manufacturer's schedule.
