1 Make an appointment for the free pick-up and return service
- Click on “Make an appointment”, scroll down and select the service “[your employer] Pick-up service”.
- Fill in all required details, including your contact information and vehicle details.
- Choose a suitable date and time for the appointment and confirm the booking.
You will receive a confirmation of the appointment or a new proposal for another date if necessary.
2 Receipt of key box code via SMS and email
- The day before the appointment you will receive an SMS and e-mail with a temporary URL.]
- Open the URL to view the code for the key box; this URL and code is only accessible to you for 24 hours.
- The key boxes are located in a secure location with camera surveillance and access control via badge.
Leave the key to your vehicle in the key box on the agreed day.
3 Free pick-up and return service with replacement car
- In the morning, an employee of Garage Cornette will come with a free replacement car to the agreed location at the top right of the parking lot opposite the red sign for Spoed.
- The employee leaves the key to the replacement car in the same key box.
- Your vehicle will be returned in the afternoon, and the key to the replacement car will be placed back in the key box.
If the work takes longer than expected, you will receive a message and you can keep the free replacement vehicle until the work is completed.
The key box and area are secured, and the entire procedure is designed to protect your vehicle and personal belongings during the maintenance or repair process.
